How WashLoft Works

1. Download the WashLoft app and create an account. Simply provide your delivery address and phone number, and you're ready to schedule your first order.
2. Schedule an order, and one of our professional drivers will deliver personalized laundry and dry cleaning bags. We encourage you to reuse these sturdy bags to minimize waste.
3. Our dedicated staff will clean your clothes using plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents and natural products. You'll receive real-time updates on the status of your order through the WashLoft app.
4. When your freshly cleaned items are ready, our driver will notify you before delivering them to your doorstep. Payment is handled securely through the app, though our drivers do accept cash tips for exceptional service.
